Hi Billy,
I just inherited a database running diCarta software with WebSphere. The Oracle database is version 9.2.05, and the oracle client loaded in the Apps server is 9.2.0.1 . When multiple clients attempt to process transactions, they all freeze/wait, and then return at the same. I traced the SQL being processed, and they all process within milliseconds. Do you have any ideas?
